Cancellation policy

If the guest make a cancelation (in whole or in part) of the reservation BEFORE 3 days previous to arrival date, the hotel can make a charge of one day per room reserved on the credit card number gave like guarantee.

If the guest make a cancelation (in whole or in part) AFTER 3 days previous to arrival date or no show, the hotel can charge until 50% of the total of this reservation (minimum one night per room reserved) on the credit card number gave like guarantee.

On weekends (Friday and Saturday), business or tourist events and holidays, exceptionally, the reserve shall be a minimum of two days. However, although you have difficulty booking at the above circumstances may contact the establishment by e-mail, telephone or fax, and will be met if the request is possible.

Special cancellation policies

For groups, grouped booking or more than 5 day stay, please contact the establishment.

Deposit

The hostal reserves the right to make any charge to formalize the reservation.

Extra information

When is a reservation that requires justification for a government agency (consulate, embassy, etc.) the total price of the reservation must to be paid before confirmation and is non refundable.
